Fitted or Unisex - Which should I choose?Our fitted tees are a slim fit and run slightly smaller than true-to-size. This style is for you if you prefer a more curve hugging fit. For a slightly looser feel, we suggest ordering 1 to 2 sizes up based on the look you desire to achieve. A unisex tee can be comfortably worn by both men and women. Our unisex tees are true-to-size for a relaxed classic fit.

What printing methods do you use?Depending on the design and order volume, we use various print methods to produce a long lasting quality product that will last 50+ washes with proper care. Most popular/frequently used print methods: * Direct-to-Film Transfers (DTF) * Soft Flex Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV) * Screen prints * Glitter and/or 3D puff HTV

What methods of payment do you accept?For your convenience, we securely accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, ApplePay, and AfterPay. AfterPay offers you the flexibility to buy now and pay later.

Where's my order?While we strive to mail your order out as quickly as possible, the following shipping policies are currently in place: · Standard: All orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. · Custom prints and holidays: All orders will be processed and shipped within 7-10 business days. If you request to receive your order sooner than the stated time frame, an additional $50 jump the line fee will be applied to your invoice. Once shipped, tracking information will be provided via email. Please note, Wear the Promise controls shipping times only. We are not responsible for any delivery delays caused by any 3rd party carrier. Either USPS or UPS are used for all shipments.

What if I received a damaged product?Please inspect your items promptly upon receipt. Contact us immediately if you find any part of your order to be defective, damaged, or the wrong item received. All damage concerns must be reported within three (3) calendar days of confirmed delivery. Please note, Wear the Promise is not responsible for any damages caused during transit. If your items are damaged during transit, please file a claim with the carrier.

Do you accept returns?All items must be returned in the manner in which they were received, unworn and in their original packaging. You may request a return shipping label by emailing support@wearthepromise.com within three (3) calendar days of confirmed delivery. After 3 days, no returns will be accepted. Custom Prints: Customized and specially created prints cannot be returned or exchanged. Shop credit or a refund may be considered only if items prove to be defective or damaged prior to shipping. Please note, Wear the Promise is not responsible for any damages caused during transit. If your items are damaged during transit, please file a claim with the carrier. Final Sales: Sale items (items purchased at a discounted rate) and gift card sales are final.

What is your refund policy?While returns are not accepted, if you are less than 100% satisfied with your purchase, please email us at support@wearthepromise.com to request shop credit or a refund. Refund requests must be made within three (3) calendar days of confirmed delivery. After three (3) days, all sales are final. Please note, sales of all custom and specially designed products are final. In addition, sale items (items purchased at a discounted rate) and gift card sales are final. To help us better serve you in the future, when requesting shop credit or a refund, we will want to know the reason for your request. You may provide that reason by emailing the address above. If your request for refund is approved, you will be notified via email and automatically refunded (minus shipping) on your original payment method for the price of the item only. Please note, shipping cost and taxes will not be refunded. Please keep in mind, it may take several days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund back to your account.

How is my personal information protected?Wear the Promise collects limited personal information such as customer name, email address, and shipping address solely for the purposes of processing and shipping your orders, as well as providing email marketing if you opt to join our email community. Subscribing to our email list is optional. Individuals may opt out at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of our email communications. No personal data such as addresses, phone numbers or any payment information is ever stored in our systems long term. Payment information is collected for one-time use at the point of sale and is never stored on any of our servers. For your convenience and peace of mind, we only partner with trusted payment processors such as PayPal, ApplePay, AfterPay, etc..
