One of the goals of Wear the Promise is giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. Our store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us if you have any questions!

Things You Need To Know

Our Commitment:

Wear the Promise strives for 100% satisfaction with every order.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at support@wearthepromise.com to give us an opportunity to meet your needs.

Shipping:

While we strive to mail your order out as quickly as possible, the following shipping policies are currently in place:

  • Standard: All orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. 

  • Custom prints and holidays: All orders will be processed and shipped within 7-10 business days.  If you request to receive your order sooner than the stated time frame, an additional $30 jump the line fee will be applied to your invoice.

Once shipped, tracking information will be provided via email.  Please note, Wear the Promise controls shipping times only.  We are not responsible for any delivery delays caused by any 3rd party carrier.

Returns / Exchanges:

** Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, no returns will be accepted at this time. **

Post pandemic: All items must be returned in the manner in which they were received, unworn and in their original packaging.  You may request a return shipping label by emailing support@wearthepromise.com.

Sales of all custom and specially designed products are final.

Sale items (items purchased at a discounted rate) and gift card sales are final.

Damages / Concerns:

Please inspect your items promptly upon receipt.  Contact us immediately if you find any part of your order to be defective, damaged, or the wrong item received.  All damage concerns must be reported within three (3) calendar days of confirmed delivery.  Please note, Wear the Promise is not responsible for any damages caused during transit.  If your items are damaged during transit, please file a claim with the carrier.

Custom Prints:

Customized and specially created prints cannot be returned or exchanged.  Shop credit or a refund may be considered only if items prove to be defective or damaged prior to shipping.  Please note, Wear the Promise is not responsible for any damages caused during transit.  If your items are damaged during transit, please file a claim with the carrier.

Discount / Promo Codes:

The terms “discount” and “promo” are used interchangeably throughout our website. Discount codes cannot be combined on orders.  All discount codes must be applied at time of purchase.  No discounts will be applied after orders are processed or ready for shipping.  If you experience an issue with using a discount code, prior to completing your order please email us at support@wearthepromise.com or use the Contact Us form found on our site to state your concerns.  Please wait for a response before moving forward with your order.  All concerns will be addressed within 24 hours.

Bulk Buys:

The term “bulk buy” includes purchases of more than five (5) items of the same design and or style.  Wear the Promise reserves the right to refuse, restrict, limit, cancel or alter orders and terms of purchase at any time. 

 

Bulk Buys must be made for personal use (unless otherwise agreed upon prior to purchase) and cannot be resold without first obtaining written permission to do so.

At no point, are Bulk Buyers allowed to claim sponsorship, endorsement of, or affiliation to the Wear the Promise brand.

​

Bulk Buys may not be entitled to the benefit of receiving free or discounted shipping offers.

​

Wear the Promise reserves the right to refuse sales and service to bulk buy requests at any time for any reason.

Refunds:

While returns are not accepted, if you are less than 100% satisfied with your purchase, please email us at support@wearthepromise.com to request shop credit or a refund.

Refund requests must be made within three (3) calendar days of confirmed delivery.  After three (3) days, all sales are final. Please note, sales of all custom and specially designed products are final. In addition, sale items (items purchased at a discounted rate) and gift card sales are final.

To help us better serve you in the future, when requesting shop credit or a refund, we will want to know the reason for your request.  You may provide that reason by emailing the address above.  If your request for refund is approved, you will be notified via email and automatically refunded (minus shipping) on your original payment method for the price of the item only.

*Please note, shipping cost will not be refunded.

Please keep in mind, it may take several days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund back to your account.

Shop Credit:

Shop credit will always be offered as a first response to any refund request.

Gift Cards:

All gift card sales are non-refundable and can be transferred to other parties once purchased.  Once purchased, gift cards do not expire.

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provision of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Privacy Policy

Wear the Promise collects limited personal information such as customer name and email addresses solely for the purposes of providing email marketing and enhanced customer service.  Subscribing to our email list is optional.  Individuals may opt out at any time by emailing support@wearthepromise.com

No personal data such as addresses, phone numbers or any payment information is ever stored in our systems.  Payment information is collected for one-time use at the point of sale and is never stored on any of our servers.
